ACP Foundation Seminar Speaker Policy

1. ACP Foundation’s long term sponsor (defined as the one who has sponsored ACP within the past two years) will have the privilege to speak with no fee, up to four ACP Foundation Seminars, in a year. Each speech is no longer than an hour.

2. Organization holds 501(c)(3) tax exempt status may speak at ACP Foundation Seminar up to four times in a year, free of charge.

3. Fees:

a) Individual: $200 for one speech & $700 for four speeches. Each speech is up to 45 minutes, at an ACP Foundation Seminar;

b) Not individual: $300 for one speech & $1000 for four speeches. Each speech is up to one hour, at an ACP Foundation Seminar.

c)  About check payable and ACP Foundation address: 

Check payable to ACP Foundation and the check shall be delivered to ACP Foundation 30 days before the seminar scheduled date. The address is:

4. ACP Foundation reserves all the rights including stopping the seminar.

5. Seminar application process:

1) Applicant needs to submit ACP Foundation Application form to ACP Foundation together with speech topic and abstract at least 45 days before desired seminar date;

2) An application approval/disapproval email/mail will be sent to the applicant by ACP Foundation Seminar Department;

3) ACP Foundation Seminar Department representatives(s) will work directly with the applicant for seminar details if the application was approved.

关于美中专业人士协会研讨会讲员的规定

美中专业人士协会（以下简称为“本协会”）不定期地举办各种类型的研讨会。研讨会上的讲演人不一定代表本协会，所讲的内容也不一定代表本协会的观点或意见。

美中专业人士协会敬请出席研讨会的各位保护自己的隐私和一切个人资料。

1.    在过去两年中连续赞助美中专业人士协会各种活动的组织或个人，可免费享受在本协会所举办的研讨会上讲话，一年内不超过肆次。每次讲话的时间不超过壹小时。

2.   任何享有美国税务局规定的非盈利免税组织，可免费享受在本协会所举办的研讨会上讲话，一年内不超过肆次。

3.     费用：

1) 个人：$200 一次，$700 四次，每次讲话不超过肆拾伍分钟。

2) 非个人：$300 一次，$1000 四次，每次讲话不超过壹小时。

3) 支付方法和ACP 地址： 

费用请用支票支付。支票支付对象为ACP Foundation， 支票须在研讨会举行前叁拾天交付本协会。地址为：

3.   本协会对研讨会拥有一切权利，包括停止研讨会的权利。

4.   研讨会申请过程：

1）申请人至少在希望举办研讨会的日期前肆拾伍天向ACP Foundation提交研讨会申请表格，并提供研讨题目和研讨内容简介；

2）申请人将会收到ACP Foundation讲座部有关申请是否获准的电子邮件或信件； 

3）如果申请获准的话，ACP Foundation讲座部有关人员会与和申请人一起决定研讨会细节；
